Bay Ridge, Brooklyn – Narrows Community Theater, Inc. is proud to present its Spring 2010 production of the classic musical “Oliver”. With music, lyrics and book written by Lionel Bart, the story is based on the Charles Dickens novel “Oliver Twist”, and will delight audiences both young and old. Set in 1830s London, it tells the tale of the orphaned Oliver who is trapped in a world where his only options seem to be the workhouse or Fagin’s den of thieves. The catchy tunes and colorful characters bring the story to its happy conclusion. Directed by Matte O’Brien. Music Director: Markus Hauck. Choreographer: Jennifer Devane.
