Saving Throw Versus Love by Larry Brenner

The Rhetorical Question Players are proud to present Saving Throw Versus Love as part of the 14th annual New York International Fringe Festival- Fringe NYC. Saving Throw Versus Love is written by Larry Brenner, and directed by Dann Fink.

In Saving Throw Versus Love, Carol thinks her fiancee Sam goes to a weekly poker game. But Sam has a terrible secret-he’s a seventh level Elven thief. Will Carol be able to accept Sam’s hobby? And can Grolock the Barbarian slay the evil Werewolf?

Larry Brenner is the winner of several national playwriting contests including the Samuel French Off-Off Broadway New Play Festival ( The King and the Condemned), the Nantucket Short Play Festival (The Coffin), the Maxim Mazumdar New Play Competition (A Prometheus Rebound.)
