Fish in a What?

The grieving process can be a difficult thing to go though. There is all that pain eating you up inside while you cry and think about all the good times you had with the person you lost.

As for Dexter Morgan [Michael C. Hall] he tends to grieve in his own way.

The difference between Dexter Morgan and others is that his urge to kill is a step in which he can use to keep himself focused and sharp while taking care of the kids. He shows no emotion in crying, only killing.

With Rita gone, both Aster and Cody are forced to move into Debra’s apartment. Aster is not very thrilled about the idea and shows her anger towards Dexter by blaming him for her mothers death. With that said, both Aster and Cody both move to Orlando with their grandparents, but Cody is the one who shows his love for Dexter by wanting to stay with him.

Dexter in return promises that they will see each other again.

Miami Metro however has a new case that has occurred involving a few dead bodies with severed heads. A police officer on the scene tells Debra that the murders taken place are part of some sort of a ritual. When Debra puts the pieces together she finds that the police officer was right and is curious to find out more. Detective Quinn is still suspicious about Dexter and continues to investigate the case involving Rita. He comes across some interesting sketches involving Kyle Butler who was Dexter’s Alias during last season while hunting down Arthur Mitchell, the Trinity Killer. Quinn notices that the sketches look like Dexter.

Meanwhile Dexter keeps his focus by investigating his next victim, a suspicious foe who works for animal control. After Dexter does some background check on this person, he goes to his house and discovers a lock of blond hair. Towards the episode’s climax, Dexter follows the suspect and discovers that he is dumping several barrels in a lake.

Dexter then leaves the scene and heads back later on to discover something interesting in the barrels and about the new victim he is tracking.

Explosive and full of intrigue, this episode of “Dexter” leads us to believe that this character’s days of hunting are just beginning
