Army of Darkness Surpasses 1,500 Customer Ratings Maintaining a 5-Star Rating
Boulder, CO – After going live in the Apple App Store on Thursday, May 12, Army of Darkness: Defense has received more than 1,500 customer ratings, maintaining a five-star rating. The tower defense app saw a meteoric rise through the App Store, as movie and gaming fans worldwide have rushed out to download this beautiful and entertaining re-telling of the classic castle defense scene from the cult classic 1992 film, ‘Army of Darkness’.
Gamers take on the role of the chiseled chin, one-liner-spouting Ash while summoning familiar troops, spells and weapons from the movie to help in the defense. Gameplay features include over 150 direct lines of dialogue from Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams, and beautifully animated graphics using the well-known “Granny 3D” engine.
