TNA Hardcore Justice Power Rankings: New Threats to Lashley’s TNA Title

In what could possibly be TNA’s straight to TV pay per view, Impact Wrestling put on a show that had four RAW main event quality matches and one stinker, making it easily another Impact Wrestling in New York City that was enjoyable to watch.

Check out our Hardcore Justice Power Rankings to see who the next contenders for the TNA title are and who left the made for TV pay per view with their titles/

Honorable Mentions:

Bram: A few months ago, this guy was on NXT, now he’s carving a niche as a tough as nails Bruiser Brody type and for now, it’s working well. His continued success against Abyss won’t lead to any World title shots in the near future, but it will continue to guarantee him a spot on the card. For now and for any young wrestler, that’s always the first goal to accomplish.

Dixie Carter: Her interview with Mike Tenay at Hardcore Justice wasn’t too telling but “A Carter never forgets,” makes it easy to think she’ll be back with a new faction in a few months, if the company is still around.

5: Ethan Carter III: This nastier version of ECIII is awesome. A confrontation with Rhino is exactly what his character needs in order to be taken seriously as a future World Champion. It also helps Rhino, who needs a feud with a youngster in the worst way. These types of mutuallyy beneficial feuds are the ones TNA should book, but usually don’t/ So for the time being, Carter and Rhino are in an ironically good spot.

4: The Wolves: Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards’ challenges to both Team 3D and the Hardy’s will eventually culminate in one of the best Tag Team matches in TNA history. Chances are it’ll end with Richards and Edwards still holding on to the titles as well.

3: Gail Kim: You’d never see a Diva hit a Top Rope Samoan Drop on a chair, but it’s something Gail Kim would do without a second thought. It’s things like that which make her one of the best female workers ever and the TNA Knockouts Champion.

2: Samoa Joe: It appears the “old” Joe is back. His win over Low-Ki at Hardcore Justice earns him a win over the only real credible threat to his title. The only thing left for him to do now is dominate- and everyone knows that Joe does that very well.

1:Eric Young and Bobby Roode: Their “win” at Hardcore Justice proves that TNA management feels the neither of them can draw a crowd against Lashley, but the three of them together could be an awesome match. Both of them are former TNA World Heavyweight Champions and can push Lashley to a new limit.
