Limited Edition Rolling Stones-Inspired Jose Cuervo Bottles Announced

Jose Cuervo will release two limited edition tequila bottles this month and in November to celebrate the famous 1972 North American tour by The Rolling Stones — a tour that was dubbed the “Tequila Sunrise Tour,” the Cuervo company announced.

The Special Edition Rolling Stones Jose Cuervo Especial, with a suggested retail price of $16.99, is available now, and the more expensive variation launching in a couple months is the Ultra Premium Rolling Stones Reserva de la Familia Collector’s Edition, which will be priced at $149.99.

Before kicking off their tour more than 40 years ago, The Stones held a party at The Trident bar in San Francisco, where they were introduced to the Cuervo Tequila Sunrise cocktail, the same cocktail that would accompany them across 48 epic shows in 32 cities.
