New Minecraft: Story Mode Trailer Released

Telltale Games and Mojang released a trailer for its upcoming debut episode of “Minecraft: Story Mode.”

The first episode, “The Order of the Stone,” launches digitally Oct. 13, with a retail season pass disc dropping Oct. 27, and iOS and Android devices will receive it Oct. 15.

On Oct. 12, the developers will hold a world premiere launch event at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, where they plan to host the “World’s Largest Let’s Play,” interacting with the audience who will direct the actions of the player.

Tickets to the event are free, but it’s first come first served.

“Minecraft: Story Mode” will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC and Mac at launch. The game is also expected to arrive on Wii U and PlayStation Vita.
