Review Fix Pro Wrestling Power Rankings: Champions Reigning and Defending

With the Bound for Glory Playoff Series, the Cruiserweight Classic and Battleground all in full steam, this week’s pro wrestling action featured champions who would do anything t keep their titles. Check out this week’s Review Fix Pro Wrestling Power Rankings to see who else earned headlines in and out of the ring for the WWE, TNA, ROH and NXT.

Honorable Mention: Akira Tozawa: His match wasn’t as exciting as TJ Perkins’ this week on the Cruiserweight Classic, but make no mistake, the speed of his German Suplex is enough to put the fear in the heart of any performer.

5: Roderick Strong: One of ROH’s best workers, ever, Strong has left the company to pursue other opportunities. That doesn’t mean he won’t be back at some point, but for now, it’s goodbye. His match with Dalton Castle this week on ROH TV was a good way to go out as Strong put in another tremendous effort.

4: Bobby Lashley: The reigning and defending X-Division and TNA World Heavyweight Champion has it all right now and there’s no one, not even Moose, who can take it away.

3: Samoa Joe: The reigning and defending NXT Champion dominated Rhyno this week on NXT and proved once again that he may, in fact, be the most dominant champion the promotion has ever had. With Finn Balor now on RAW, Joe is absolutely the biggest star in the promotion with Shinsuke Nakamura.

2: Seth Rollins: The promo work from “The Architect” this week on RAW was stellar. Add in another high-quality match this week on RAW and Rollins looked primed to win back the title he was “screwed” out of.

1: Dean Ambrose: He’s ready to defend his title, on Smackdown, the returning Roman Reigns and surging Rollins will have a tough time trying to pry it out of his hands.
