ROH TV Coverage: Briscoe Beats White, Shane Taylor Returns

Four matches and the return of Shane Taylor again created another week of ROH TV action that shored up the mid card, but did little to build anticipation for any of the big time title matches coming up.

Matches:

Will Ferrara and Cheeseburger vs. The Beer City Bruiser and Silas Young: This wasn’t exactly a squash but after a Young Cutter, Bruiser got the win with the Frog Splash.

Top Prospect Tournament: Josh Woods vs. Chris Lerusso: Woods won with the Kick to the Head and Ground and Pound to advance in the tournament.

Lio Rush vs. Kenny King: This was an excellent match with plenty of back and forth, but King won cleanly with the Royal Flush. After the match, it appeared Shane Taylor joined the rebellion as he took out Rush with a Sit-Out Powerbomb.

Jay White vs. Jay Briscoe: White pushed Briscoe to the limit, but the former ROH Champion got the win with the Diving Clothesline.
