ROH TV Coverage: Mid-Card Follies

With nothing exciting away from mid-card roster development, this week’s ROH TV was a bit of a letdown. With such a deep roster, there’s no excuse as to why there couldn’t be some excitement on this week’s show.

Matches:

Coast to Coast: Leon St. Giovanni & Shaheem Ali vs. The ROH Tag Team Champions: The Young Bucks: Matt and Nick Jackson: Coast to Coast looked far from out of place but after some assisted Sliced Bread and a slew of Super Kicks and a 450, the Bucks were able to get the win.

Curt Stallion vs. Preston Quinn w/Andy Vineberg: Quinn dominated with a beautiful Brainbuster and Rack Buster, but Stallion fought back hard and got the win with the modified Diving Headbutt.

Jonathon Gresham vs. Dalton Castle w/The Boys: Gresham is far from a slouch and nearly won on a few occasions, but Castle won with the Bangarang.

No DQ Match: BJ Whitmer and Punishment Martinez vs. War Machine: Hanson and Rowe: This was a war that Rowe and Hanson started early by attacking their opponents on the ramp. After a slew of power moves and maneuvers that sent people out of the ring, Martinez got the win with a Chokeslam from the top rope through a table on Hanson.
