TNA Impact Wrestling Coverage: Lashley Still Champion, LAX Returns

With World Title controversy, a reinvigorated Tag Team scene thanks to the return of LAX and the beginning of some drama in the X-Division made sure that the ongoing development of the Impact Wrestling brand continued to move in the right direction.

Matches:

Eli Drake and Tyrus vs. Garza Jr. and Laredo Kid: Drake and Tyrus couldn’t get on the same page and Garza Jr. ad Laredo Kid won via Rollup.

Kayci Quinn vs. Brandi Rhodes: This match never happened as Cody hit the ring and complained about Moose.

#1 Contenders Match: Ethan Carter III vs. Alberto El Patron: A solid back and forth where Patron got the win with the Cross-Arm Breaker.

Suicide vs. Andrew Everett vs. Braxton Sutter w/Allie vs. X-Division Champion Trevor Lee w/Shane Helms: Your typical X-Division fare as the flips and spots were all present. Lee retained with the Running Knee on Sutter thanks to “interference” from Laurel Van Ness.
