Review Fix talks with executive producers Bill Masterson and Dan Goodman about their animated short “Dear Basketball.”
On the red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival, Masterson and Goodman reveal how they were brought on board to the project and how when an opportunity to work with the likes of Kobe Bryant, Glen Keane and John Williams comes along, you do not pass it up.
The executive producers talk about the process of bringing the emotion to the project through Bryant’s vision, who was particular about the style in which his poem was brought to life.
In this interview, Masterson and Goodman also talk about the future of “Dear Basketball” and when fans can expect news on distribution.
