NXT Coverage: Baszler Dominates, Undisputed Era Continues to Entertain

The debut of Shayna Baszler, the dominance of Lars Sullivan and charisma of The Undisputed Era made for an awesome episode of NXT that continues to build the brand as the most exciting on the WWE Network.

Matches:

Shayna Baszler vs. Dakota Kai: Baszler won after she stomped out Kai’s left arm bad enough to end the match. After the match, Baszler wrapped Kai in the Kirifuda Clutch for the win before NXT Women’s Champion Ember Moon made the save.

Kassius Ohno vs. Raul Mendoza: Ohno won with the High Tension Elbow Strike in a competitive match that no one expected him to lose.

Lio Rush vs. Lars Sullivan: Rush used his speed to stay in the match, but Sullivan eventually hit the Freak Accident for the win. After the match, Sullivan challenged Killian Dane and hit Rush with a top rope Freak Accident.

NXT Tag Team Champions: Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly w/Adam Cole vs. Sanity: Eric Young and Killian Dane w/Alexander Wolfe and Nikki Cross: This match never happened as TUE took out Sanity in the back. However, William Regal hit the ramp to say they’d be fighting “someone.” Luckily for him, Roderick Strong and Aleister Black hit the ramp and accepted the challenge.

NXT Tag Team Champions: Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly w/Adam Cole vs. Roderick Strong and Aleister Black: A super competitive match that saw Fish and O’Reilly get the win on Strong with the Total Elimination.
