Smackdown Live Power Rankings: Roode’s Journey a Glorious One

Bobby Roode never gave up on his long-time goal to wear the United States title around his waist and it paid off. Check out which other superstars proved that they’re tough enough for a title shot in this week’s Smackdown Live Power Rankings.

Honorable Mention: Jinder Mahal: Although he failed to advance in the final round of the United States championship tournament when he faced Bobby Roode, the Modern Day Marajah showed the WWE Universe that he can handle business without the Singh brothers after he defeated Xavier Woods independently on Smackdown.

5: Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin: Gable and Benjamin still have their eyes set on the Smackdown Tag Team titles in spite of multiple losses to the champs.

4: Xavier Woods: His in-ring work continues to improve as Woods evolved as a performer in his ill-fated attempt to win the US Title.

3: Charlotte Flair: The Queen will do whatever it takes to stop the Riott Squad, even if she has to introduce new dominant moves to her in-ring ability. The Riot Squad should take her seriously.

2: Liv Morgan, Ruby Riot and Sarah Logan: They continue to win matches against the Top faces in the promotion the likes of Naomi, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. The only question is, when does it all mean something?

1: Bobby Roode: His quest to win the United States title since Clash Of The Champions motivated Roode to outlast all the other competitors and become the new US champion.
