I think it should be a requirement that on the booklet of a cd the artist explains how they came about writing/choosing each song for the album. It would really help the listen connect better with the music. Love the new album.

One of the reasons why Dave is such a great artist is he’s such a compelling person. I love to listen to interviews, and especially see him perform live because of this.

Loved listening to this Dave Barnes interview! He is such a talented singer and has such soul. As a fan, it was great to hear more about his journey into music! Dave Barnes is too great. I love his music, but it’s always a treat to hear him talk about his music. It adds such a great element to the songs now that I know the background!
