They say home is where the heart is, but for Gemma Teller, her grandson is who she misses and wants to desperately see. But what she does not know is that baby Abel was kidnapped and taken to Belfast.
The Sons head north to help one of their crew members with a pharmaceutical favor, the problem is that they encounter several rednecks with guns who are looking to get their hands on the drugs. Meanwhile, Gemma is forced to make a tough decision regarding her father, deciding to put him in an old age home.
“Home” was an intense episode to say the least. It was also the best and most intriguing of this third season thus far. There was plenty of action, along with several great acting performances involving Katey Segal and Maggie Siff.
This episode had everything you wanted as a fan of the show. There were several details as well involving a few characters that will slowly develop as the season goes on. One of which involves Clay [Ron Pearlman] whose chronic hand problems seem to have gotten worse, and you know what they say when you live the life of a biker, once you can’t ride anymore, you basically loose your power, and in Clay’s case, his power seems to be diminishing as the leader of the club.
As for the climax of this episode, lets just say that it was heart pounding once Gemma finds out what happened to Abel and where he really is.
