Howe Does the Hokey-Pokey Home, Causas Continues to Shine

Ivelisse Velez and Christina Crawford were the last two competitors on WWE’s “Tough Enough” you’d expect to take a bad bump, but that’s exactly what happened this week on one of the best episodes of the show thus far.

You knew it was bound to happen, especially with a bunch of hopefuls and independent wrestlers all training together. But after a morning of intense training, Velez and Crawford proved they were in the worst physical condition of the group.

Nonetheless, they weren’t alone. At this point in the competition, all of the contestants are beginning to show some wear and tear.

Well, everyone except Martin Casaus and Jeremiah Riggs.

Casaus is quickly separating himself from the pack. With tons of desire, smarts and skill, he has the ability to perform in the WWE.

Riggs, as well, continues to prove that he’s in excellent physical condition. While not as talented as Luke Robinson, his lack of an ego and stubbornness to be consistent, he’s definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Speaking of Robinson, his inability to maintain his professionalism is what will be his undoing.

Ryan Howe, however, has even bigger problems.

After saving his own rear two weeks in a row, he was back in Bill DeMott’s doghouse and was soon the victim of Booker T’s wrath. It’s a wonder that he’s lasted on the show this long. In spite of one flash of brilliance, he’s proven that the bad habits he picked up on the independent circuit are hard to break.

As a matter of fact, for him, they were impossible to escape from.

That’s why he’s on the bus going home.

The rest of the cast is doing their best Steve Miller band impersonation- they’re stuck in the middle with each other. As the show goes on, it’ll be interesting to see who can step up or join “Skidmarks” on the bus.
