WWE RAW Power Rankings: A Big Show, for Show

While this week was a fairly mediocre RAW, a few superstars made sure they weren’t forgotten like everyone else. These guys didn’t necessarily wrestle either, as one superstar just managed to send out a TOUT, while another just threw a couple of punches.

Here’s Review Fix’s top five list of who didn’t waste our time on RAW this week.

5: Chris Jericho: His “interference” in Dolph Ziggler’s match with Alex Riley was one of the coolest things he’s done in a while. His commentary also made it seem like a face turn is in the works. or, at the very least, he’s out to make Ziggler miserable. That works too.

4: Daniel Bryan: Yeah, he lost his match with John Cena, but he again proved he’s one of the best workers in the company. The top rope headbutt in the match was a nice touch as well. Add in his continued chemistry with AJ Lee and it’s obvious Bryan continues to learn and grow every week.

3: Kane: It was the “upset” win over The Miz that got us so excited, it was the clean win. No cheating on either side and a Chokeslam to put the exclamation mark on the contest, this was one of Kane’s “better” moments this year. Could an Intercontinental title run be in the works for the Big Red Machine?

2: Triple H: Just him coming out is noteworthy, but his poise while Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman threatened Shawn Michaels was surreal. This will undoubtedly be the matchup to watch at Summerslam and aside from the constant promotion, WWE creative has done a good job teasing it.

1: Big Show: With CM Punk’s “attitude adjustment” the last few weeks, he’s been caught with his foot in his mouth both physically and metaphorically several times. On Monday, The Big Show threw Punk a curveball and put his fist in Punk’s mouth…and Cena’s. While the WWE Universe obviously isn’t thrilled with a possible WWE title run for the Show, the end of RAW was cool enough to partially wipe away the boredom induced throughout most of the show.
