Jack Finnegan has twice crisscrossed America and once circled the globe, studying the manner and method of human life by immersing himself in cities across six continents, and performing stories as he has traveled. CITY LOVE SONG: HOME is his summation, and exaltation to the good in the world.

In this 18th Century comic opera, a drunkard arranges the marriage of his niece, but she loves another. An illusory trip to the underworld is hatched to upend the wedding plan.

BRITS OFF BROADWAY
Brits Off Broadway, the only festival in NYC celebrating new British theater, celebrates its 9th smash season! This year, 59E59 Theaters and Brits Off Broadway partners with Creative Scotland to launch New York City’s Scotland Week celebrations with the NY premiers of new plays from Scotland. The festival will also include NY and US premieres of new work from all over the UK. Watch for the full Brits Off Broadway line up in the coming months.
