WWE RAW Power Rankings: The New Face That’s Already the Face

With no CM Punk, Brock Lesnar or John Cena on this week’s show, RAW was lacking in star power, but thanks to an entertaining main event, the stink from the rest of the show didn’t ruin the fun.

Check Out This Week’s WWE RAW Power Rankings to see who else is gaining some momentum leading up to Elimination Chamber.

Honorable Mention: New Age Outlaws: Don’t let their long and boring Steel Cage encounter with Goldust and Cody Rhodes fool you- these guys still got it. With the Rhodes Bros now out of their way, it’ll be interesting to see what the WWE Creative Team throws at them next.

5: CM Punk: Two minutes into this week’s Monday Night RAW, Punk’s name was chanted. Simply put, if his “departure” is a ploy by the WWE, it’s working. Punk’s stock continues to rise during his absence from the show. If it’s not, the WWE needs to do everything in their power to get him back into the fold. One of the best performers in the ring and on the microphone in the company, the loss of Punk would be huge.

4: The Shield: These guys are about to explode. With the inner tensions running high, the last thing the trio needs is a feud with Bray Wyatt and the Family, but that’s what they got. With gold around Ambrose’s waist and Reigns’ surging popularity and Rollins’ potential, don’t let their communication problems fool you, The Shield is still crazy dangerous.

3: The Wyatt Family: These guys are so big and strong it’s going to take an excellent effort from The Shield to overtake them at the Elimination Chamber. Fresh off a dismantling of R-Truth, Xavier Woods and former World Champion Dolph Ziggler, these guys are on the same page for the first time in a while and appear to put the whole Daniel Bryan saga behind them.

2: Randy Orton: The guy’s a world-class competitor and a solid heel, but his constant bitching and moaning isn’t his strong point. At any rate, this isn’t his fault. WWE Creative needs to find a way to bring out his finer qualities outside of the ring.

1: Daniel Bryan: Away from Punk, no one has been as over as Bryan over the past five years. His win this week on RAW over Orton only adds to his credibility. Bryan has yet to be cleanly pinned by Orton and chances are, he never will be. As far as this generation goes, Bryan may be one of the best to lace up the boots. Unlike many of his peers, he has no problem proving it every single week.
