With the rivalry between the Hounds of Justice and the Wyatt Family on the card, at least there was some entertainment for the crowd this week on WWW Main Event. Overall, the matches were decent even if there was little to no storyline development.
Matches:
Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and United States Champion Dean Ambrose vs. Eric Rowan, Luke Harper and Bray Wyatt: Momentum was on the Shields’ side after Reigns took down Bray Wyatt with the superman punch, but Reigns was kicked in the gut and thrown out of the ring by Rowan. Rollins then kicked Rowan in the face and then did the same to Harper. Reigns used a Yakuza Kick on Harper from out of nowhere. Ambrose then swiftly defeated Rowan with the Headlock Driver.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger w/Zeb Colter: Swagger was about to use his swagger bomb but Ziggler counter it with a kick to the gut. Ziggler reversed the Patriot Lock to give the All-American American the Fame-Asser, yet that wasn’t enough. Swagger used the Patriot Lock on Ziggler for a second time and this time, he was victorious.
Sin Cara vs. Alexander Rusev w/Lana: Although Sin Cara used a kick to the head to Rusev for momentum, Rusev stopped the high flyer with a powerful kick. Cara tried to stay in the match by dodging attacks. Rusev used the Accolade submission to force Sin Cara to tap out for the win.
