Impact Wrestling Coverage: Havoc Returns, Cage Gearin’ Up

Six matches and some fun storyline made this week’s Impact serviceable, but it’s a far cry from where it needs to be. Simply put, Impact needs a major shakeup.

Matches:

Ace Austin vs. Cousin Jake Deaner: Austin got the win with The Fold, thanks to an attack from The Desi Hit Squad.

Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie vs. Rosemary w/ Su Yung: This match got thrown out after James Mitchell hit the ring with Jessica Havoc, who took out everybody.

Madman Fulton w/ Sami Callihan vs. Two Local Competitors: A squash as Fulton won with a Double Chokeslam and The End of Days.

Dave and Jake Crist vs. Fallah Bahh and Scarlett Bordeaux: This was an emotional one and Bordeaux was never out of place. Better communication from the Crists allowed them to win after they isolated Bahh and hit him with a roll of quarters. After the match, Tessa Blanchard hits the ring to protect Bordeaux and takes out both Crist brothers.

Kiera Hogan vs. Jordynne Grace: Hogan fought hard, but Grace won with the Grace Driver.

Impact Tag Team Champions LAX: Santana and Ortiz w/Konna vs. The Rascalz: Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz: Trey Miguel snuck in to get the win, but the call was reversed and LAX kept the titles.
