NXT UK Coverage: Cardiff Ready

The go-home show before TakeOver: Cardiff didn’t do much in terms of last-minute story development. But a brawl between Grizzled Young Veterans and their Challengers, Mark Andrews and “Flash” Morgan Webster, as well as Gallus sent the crowd home happy. With the recent announcement of Cesaro making an appearance in Wales, the second NXT UK: TakeOver special is shaping up to be an exciting card indeed.

Matches:

Ilja Dragunov vs. Tyson T-Bone: Unbesiegbar rocked T-Bone with Torpedo Moscow to secure himself a much-needed victory after suffering his first loss in NXT UK at the hands of Kassius Ohno.

Joseph Conners vs. Oliver Carter: Carter had an impressive first showing in the UK Division but Conners only needed one opportunity to hit Don’t Look Down and win the match.

Kenny Williams vs. Jordan Devlin: These two Irishmen went to war but the Ace came out on top. With that said, Williams had a hell of a performance and though in need of a win, still looks like a competitor.
