NXT UK Coverage: Imperium Rising

A new set of tapings was kicked off with another week of exciting action. Tegan Nox made her NXT UK Debut and did so in the Shiniest fashion. There’s a good chance we’ll see Nox vs. KLR pretty soon. With Cardiff in the rear-view, the UK Division is only getting hotter.

Matches:

Imperium: Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel vs. Danny Jones and Harry Green: Imperium threw the newcomers a beatdown they won’t forget any time soon. After playing with their food for a few minutes, Barthel and Aichner hit a European Uppercut/ Powerbomb combo to end the match.

Jordan Devlin vs. Ashton Smith: Smith has gotten better with every appearance, and this one was no different. Unfortunately, Devlin caught him with the Devil Inside to pick up the win.

Shax vs. Tegan Nox: In her NXT UK debut, a quick Roundhouse to the head of Shax followed up by the Shiniest Wizard earned Nox a victory in about two minutes.

NXT UK Tag Team Championship Match: Grizzled Young Veterans: Zack Gibson and James Drake vs. the NXT UK Tag Team Champions: Mark Andrews and “Flash” Morgan Webster: Webster took a beating but managed to tag in Andrews and set Drake up for Fall To Pieces to retain their NXT UK Tag Team Championships.
