AEW Dark Results: Staples Anyone?

Recaps of recent events in AEW and a few fun matches made an entertaining episode of Dark. 

Matches:

Jimmy Havoc vs. Brandon Cutler: Havoc scored a win with the Acid Rainmaker and then stapled a check for $10,000 to Cutler’s head to send a message to the AEW brass.

“The Chairman” Shawn Spears w/ Tully Blanchard vs. “The Concrete Rose” Sonny Kiss: Kiss threw the Chairman off momentarily with his unorthodox offence, but Spears recovered and hit a C4 to pick up the victory. To add insult to injury, Spears and Blanchard hit the Concrete Rose with a Spike Piledriver after the match.

Jurassic Express: Marko Stunt and Jungle Boy vs. Proud-n-Powerful: Santana and Ortiz: An Inverted Alabama Slam, into a Ligerbomb, into a Roundhouse Kick onto Stunt sealed the deal. PnP and Sammy Guevara beat the pair down but Luchasaurus made the save yet again. “The Big Hurt” Jake Hager came down to exchange blows with the wrestling dinosaur until Hager’s stablemates ganged up on him. The Young Bucks ran in and evened the odds for Jurassic Express, and the five babyfaces put the hurt on Sammy Guevara to end the show.
