AEW Dark Results: Super Bad Still Super Good

Dark was saturated with action this week with six matches and little to no downtime between them.

Matches:

Jake Hager w/ Sammy Guevara vs. Joe Alonzo: Hager put his opponent down in speedy fashion with a Sidewalk Slam into an Arm Triangle Choke.

Matt Sells and Jon Cruz w/ Skyler Moore vs. The Natural Nightmares: QT Marshall and “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes w/ Brandi Rhodes: The Natural Nightmares scored the win with an Inverted Assisted Cutter.

“The Chairman” Shawn Spears w/ Tully Blanchard and Robert “Ego” Anthony vs. SCU: Frankie Kaziarian and “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels: Spears left his partner hanging allowing SCU to hit the Best Meltzer Ever and pick up the victory. Spears planted Anthony with a C4 to add insult to injury.

Suge D vs. “Superbad” Kip Sabian w/ Penelope Ford: D got his licks in but Superbad found the Submission with a modified Rings of Saturn.

Brandon Cutler vs. “Boom Boom” Colt Cabana: Boom Boom put an Elbow between Cutler’s eyes and followed it up with a Superman cover for the pinfall victory.

Corey Hollis and Mike Reed vs. “The Concrete Rose” Sonny Kiss and “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela: Janela hit a Diving Elbow Drop off the back of Kiss and the Concrete Rose followed it up with Kiss is It to earn the win against the AEW newcomers.
