A THIRD, TRIPLE SELL-OUT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRUTH ACTIVATES RUSH REPRINTS

Last week’s triple sell-out of James Tynion IV and Martin Simmonds’ The Department of Truth—and subsequent, harried reprint order—prompted customers to storm comic shops in search of remaining copies on the shelves. Reorders on the full first story arc spiked over the weekend, depleting leftover inventory and forcing Image Comics to rush The Department of Truth #2, #3, and #6 back to print this week.  

Interest in the series reached at an all time high as news of The Department of Truth having been picked up by Sister—best known for producing HBO’s Chernobyl—spread like wildfire across the internet.
