Review Fix Exclusive: ROY3LS Talk ‘Destiny’ And More

Review Fix chats with ROY3LS’ Destini Rose, Stefanie Lynn, Faith Ann Marie, who discuss their new single, origin and goals for 2021.

About The Band:

ROY3LS: BY BLOOD! This statement contains a significant depth of meaning that surpasses the literal fact that they are sisters. This trio seeks to connect with people at a much deeper level, aiming to create music that penetrates the mindsets and paradigms of culture, religion and social barriers. Their songs seek to uncover those places, moments and mindsets of our lives that hold us hostage and limit our God-given potential to be all we were created to become through the sacrifice of Christ. This is why we are ROY3LS: By blood!

The Nashville sisters Destini Rose, Stefanie Lynn, Faith Ann Marie are now unveiling their latest single “Destiny.” Inspired by current events, the song acts as their response to the unforgettable 2020. The trio confide, “After an uncertain year, Destiny is our response to how we are going to move forward in 2021 and how we are going to stay true to who we are no matter what the circumstances are around us.” The song is a much needed pick-me-up for everyone who has suffered the repercussions of the lockdown blues.

Review Fix: How did you get involved in music?

Faith: We are sisters, so we grew up singing together! But ROY3LS came into the picture when we realized we could make a difference through our music by sharing that sister dynamic, and offering people a family who might not have one.

Review Fix: What’s your creative process like?

Destini: Our creative process usually starts individually. We get inspired by different things, but we always come together with that thought, topic, or maybe even the whole song, and really use each other’s strengths to bring the song to life! It’s always a fun time.

Review Fix: What inspires you?

Stefanie: We have found inspiration in almost everything! Life is a song of its own, so we like to write from honest places and experiences we have been through.

Review Fix: What does music mean to you?

Faith: What we love about music is that it is a universal language; it speaks to everyone. In our case, music is our voice and how we communicate our message of identity and family with people around the world.

Review Fix: How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard you?

Destini: Our brother, who produces our music, has always said that we bring sass with class! The joke in our band is that he is our 4th lady of our trio, because he is truly a part of everything we do.

Review Fix: How are your live shows different from your studio work?

Stefanie: Live shows really give us the ability to express our music the way we first envisioned it and to connect at a personal level with our followers.  Our studio sessions are more intimate time as siblings, but we enjoy both atmospheres so much.

Review Fix: What inspired your latest single?

Destini: Honestly, we wrote Destiny at the top of 2021 in response to 2020. We really felt personally and collectively that we wanted to focus on hope, and give people something to hold on to. What better than your destiny.

Review Fix: What are your goals for 2021?

Faith: Our goal for 2021 was to come in hard, but we plan on finishing even stronger. With our music video dropping Friday 4/2/21, we hope people will see a glimpse of what to expect.

Review Fix: What’s next?

Stefanie: We have exciting things coming! Some is yet to be announced, but you can be sure Destiny is just the beginning of a year full of great things ahead!

Review Fix: Anything else you’d like to add?

Destini: We are committed to helping people face 2021 with confidence! We connect weekly with our followers through LIVES and Mindset Mondays to accomplish this goal. Be sure to join the ROY3L family and stay tuned for our next release dropping 4/30/21! You won’t want to miss it!
