AEW Dynamite Coverage: Omega Makes a Statement

The 100th episode of Dynamite was a special one- the go home show before it’s biggest PPV yet. It delivered a solid in-ring card and plenty of promo. Simply put, it was a great way to set up All Out.

Matches:

FTR: Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler w/Tully Blanchard vs. Santana and Ortiz: This was a 17-minute war, but damn, Santana and Ortiz stepped up and won with a Double Reverse Suplex after some awesome combo offense from the two.

Orange Cassidy w/Kris Stratlander, Wheeler Yuta and Chuck Taylor vs. Jack Evans w/Matt Hardy: Cassidy won with the Small Package, but after the match Matt Hardy and his faction beat on Cassidy until the 

Will Hobbs w/Hook vs. Brian Cage: Interference from Hook and Rickey Starks (who hit Cage with the FTW Title) allowed Hobbs to win with the Emerald Fusion. 

Penelope Ford w/The Bunny vs. Tay Conti: Conti won but she was outnumbered as The Bunny attacked before the returning Anna Jay made the save.

AEW Tag Team Champions: The Young Bucks: Nick and Matt Jackson and The Impact Tag Team Champions: The Good Brothers: Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson w/Brandon Cutler vs. The Jurassic Express: Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy and the Lucha Bros: Pentagon and Fenix: Cutlet paid dividends as The Jacksons hit the Meltzer Driver on Fenix for the win. After the match, Kenny Omega and the Elite dropped the cage and destroyed their opponents and Christian to end the show.
