WWE RAW Coverage: Thank You Neville

Damien Sandow wants to be taken seriously, Bo Dallas is getting help from Bray Wyatt and Naomi is still pissed at the Bellas. That alone set the scene for a pretty lackluster episode of RAW. While John Cena and Rusev continued their drama and Neville made an impact in his King of the Ring debut, this RAW was still one that wasn’t anything special.

Matches:

King of the Ring: Dolph Ziggler vs. Wade Barrett: After Sheamus interfered, Barrett got the with the Bullhammer.

WWE Tag Team Champion Big E. Langston w/Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods vs. Tyson Kidd w/Antonio Cesaro and Natalya Neidhart: Langston got the win with a Clothesline after Woods help down Kidd’s legs behind the ref’s back.

Ryback vs. Bo Dallas: Although Dallas talked a lot before the match, Ryback got the easy win with the Meathook Clothesline and Shell Shock. After the match, however, Bray Wyatt appeared and nailed Ryback with the Sister Abigail.

King of the Ring: R-Truth vs. Stardust: Wow, out of nowhere, Truth hit the Lie Detector for the surprise win.

Adam Rose vs. Fandango: Rose got the win with the Party Foul, thanks to interference from Rosa Mendes.

Brie Bella w/Divas Champion Nikki Bella vs. Naomi: A physical encounter as Naomi brought the strikes down on the smaller Bella. While Brie fought back and countered a few maneuvers before going on a tear of her own, Naomi eventually got the win with a Rollup after a quick kick.

King of the Ring: Dean Ambrose vs. Sheamus: A strike-heavy encounter that had a ton of feeling out between the two performers. That was until Sheamus hit a Brogue Kick on Ambrose on the outside. However, once Dolph Ziggler hit the ring and beat on Sheamus , The Celtic Warrior got the win via DQ.

King of the Ring: Adrian Neville vs. Luke Harper: The Best match of the night. Neville used his speed to hit a few nice moves, but Harper’s strength and a nifty Half Nelson Suplex, kept him in the driver’s seat. However, Neville hit a German Suplex to get back in the match before Harper countered with a beautiful Sit-Out Powerbomb. After the two exchanged blows on the top rope, Neville countered with a Sit-Out Powerbomb of his own and got the win with the Red Arrow.

Seth Rollins and Kane w/Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble vs. Randy Orton and Roman Reigns: A lengthy and boring match. Reigns took advantage of miscommunication between Kane and Rollins, but Orton nearly won the match before Rollins countered the RKO into a pinning combination. Rollins then took out Kane again by accident, this time with a Suicide Dive, setting Kane off and allowing Orton to hit the RKO for the win. After the match, Reigns hit Rollins with the Spear.
