HANDS LIKE HOUSES TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM, ‘DISSONANTS,’ ON FEB 26TH

After a year of anticipation and speculation, Australian rock band Hands Like Houses has revealed plans to release their long-awaited third studio album, Dissonants, on February 26th via Rise Records. Beginning today, fans can pre-order the new album in a variety of formats and bundles at iTunes and hlh.merchnow.com.
Hands Like Houses teased fans earlier this year with a massive new song called “I Am,” which sparked unprecedented excitement for the band’s next release. Following an explosive run with Vans Warped Tour, the Aussie group returned soon after with a fall U.S. tour and another new track, “New Romantics,” which further fanned the flames of anticipation.
“We’re feeling a powerful mix of relief and excitement in finally releasing Dissonants,” says frontman Trenton Woodley. “We knew from pretty early on that this album would make us or it would break us – and it nearly did. But we were honest with ourselves, each other, and most importantly, the music, adopting the mantra ‘It’s better to get this right, than to just get it done’. And we’re proud to finally say that we’ve done both.”
Dissonants was produced by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath), who helmed the band’s 2013 breakout album Unimagine. The upcoming record features twelve groundbreaking new songs, including “I Am” and “New Romantics,” that will elevate the band into a new stratosphere of rock stardom.
