Braun Strowman’s reign of terror continued and although seeing Jeff Hardy and Finn Balor in singles competition and Alexa Bliss earn a shot at Bayley was cool, this week’s RAW was mediocre at best. With no real heels or championship matches, this week’s RAW was trying hard but in the end had no “magic,” away from a memorable end, which saw Strowman Superplex Show and break the ring.
Chris Jericho vs. Samoa Joe: Jericho fought hard and locked on the Walls of Jericho, but Joe escaped and won with the Kokina Clutch.
Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass: After R-Truth and Goldust were taken out in the back by Braun Strowman, Gallows and Anderson were victorious after Anderson countered a modified DDT and sent Amore legs first over the tope turnbuckle and grabbed some tights.
TJ Perkins vs. Jack Gallagher: Thanks to help from Neville and some heel tactics, Perkins got the win with the Detonation Kick.
Fatal Four-Way for Shot at WWE RAW Women’s Championship: Nia Jax vs. Mickie James vs. Sasha Banks vs. Alexa Bliss: Jax was dominant throughout, but every competitor shined with offense. Bliss stole the match with a Dropkick that sent Jax out of the ring after she eliminated James and took down Banks with a Samoan Drop. After that, all Bliss had to do was make the cover.
Finn Balor vs. Curt Hawkins: Balor wasted no time and got the win with the Coup De Grace.
Cesaro w/Sheamus vs. Jeff Hardy w/Matt Hardy: Cesaro put on a show, but Jeff won with the Twist of Hate and the Senton Bomb.
Braun Strowman vs. The Big Show: The matchup of strength ended when Strowman kicked out of The Chokeslam and a Knockout Punch. Strowman eventually got the “win” with a Superplex off the top rope that broke the ring.
