Gordon G.G. Gebert has written (along with Bob McAdams) the book Kiss fans love to hate, “Kiss and Tell,†which chronicles Ace Frehley’s musical prowess on the guitar and his human frailties off stage. This hard hitting story pulls no punches and is heartfelt and honest. Beyond the writing of this book and “Rock War Stories,†Gebert is an accomplished keyboardist who has toured with Angel and been involved in numerous music projects. Reviewfix.com recently spoke to Gebert from his home in Connecticut and got his thoughts on Frehley’s days in Kiss in the ‘70s and as a solo artist in the ‘80s, Frehley’s drinking binges, drug use, exit from Kiss and Keith Emerson. It is a must listen for Kiss Fans and non-fans alike.
