First Single “Just Drive†is Most Added at Modern Rock Radio
Universal Republic / Decaydance Records rock band Four Year Strong, who is Dan O’Connor (vocals, guitars), Alan Day (vocals, guitars), Joe Weiss (bass) and Jake Massucco (drums), is set to release their fourth album In Some Way, Shape, Or Form. November 8th. The band, who currently graces the cover of Alternative Press, will be headlining the magazine’s annual fall trek, The AP Tour, which kicks off October 13th in Allentown, PA with support acts Gallows, Title Fight, The Swellers and Sharks rounding out the lineup.
In Some Way, Shape, or Form. was produced by David Bendeth (Paramore, Papa Roach), who guided Four Year Strong towards its hardest, most mature and experimental sound to date. The album explodes with an incendiary confluence of rock, hardcore and punk influences.
The album’s first single, “Just Drive,” is the most added at Modern Rock Radio and debuted on Revolver Magazine’s online portal. O’Connor explains, “’Just Drive’ is about being on the brink of disaster, and just saying “fuck it†and living your life like there’s no tomorrow.†The pummeling, yet melodic track echoes that sentiment, firing off an unforgettable chorus – now available via iTunes and all digital retailers.
