Hell’s Kitchen Coverage: More Steak

Steak and family night, along with Kimmie and Robyn’s feud, continue in another episode of Hell’s Kitchen.

The episode continues with Kimmie being treated for her burn. Turns out she’s fine enough to go back out and continue cooking. Everyone except Robyn is happy to see her because she considers her a “crybaby.”

Well, there are plenty of children in the dining room that night and they had to make them happy.

For starters, every child received a mini pizza appetizer. Clemenza, saying he was from NY and grew up in a pizzeria, had “a little experience” making pizza. Flipping the dough and everything, he put out the pizzas like a pro. Tiffany, however, hates cooking for children because they “don’t know what fine dining is.” She burned her pizza and tried to hide her mistake by slicing off some of the burnt ends. Ramsey caught it and Barbie took over to the dismay of Tiffany. Barbie had to take over Tiffany’s blini station because she couldn’t cook those either.

Speaking of blinies, Brian was speaking Spanish while cooking his to the annoyance of his teammates. He made his blinies too small and Ramsey gave him lip about imitating a chef once in a while.

Things got really bad once the entrees started pouring in.

On the Blue Team, Patrick made his rib eye look like “boiled meat,” due to not searing it. He is later told to get some air after he says “two fillet, one hanger” instead of three fillet, one hanger. This is after Ramsey made Royce repeat the order multiple rimes because he was not talking. The laughing kid in the dining room is the perfect reaction to this. H even admitted it was a boneheaded mistake. He eventually got kicked out for making raw fillet mignon. You have to cry along with him when he cried to his picture of his kids. Royce followed Patrick after he made one raw and one perfect hanger steak.

Over on the Red Team it’s nothing but Kimmie and Robyn arguing all night long and poor communication all around. This amounts to Robyn needing to start her steak over because she cut it wrong, two fish fillets getting dry and, eventually a cold hanger steak. Ramsey even tried to have the Blue Team help out the Red Team. That didn’t help and the entire Red Team got kicked out and the Blue finished service.

The arguing continued up in the dorms. Even when they’re asked to choose who will be up for elimination Kimmie and Robyn get very close to fighting each other. Somebody needs to get Vince McMahon on the phone because this is the type of drama that got him rich in the first place. This feud will give him some more ideas.

At elimination, the Red nominated Tiffany and Robyn and the Blue nominated Patrick and Royce. Ramsey chose Patrick. He wasn’t finished yet. He made Robyn join the Blue Team.

Robyn being sent over to the Blue Team was a very wise decision. Kimmie and Robyn almost killed each other in that last episode. The Red Team still has communication problems and one of those problems is now gone (Tiffany is another). Patrick, even though he had all the heart in the world, he just wasn’t good enough and his ego was one of his downfalls. Let’s see how well Robyn does on the Blue and how well Barbie and Tiffany handle each other now.
