WWE RAW Power Rankings: The Family Begins Their Reign

Plenty of angles and matches with nearly zero filler. This was one of the better RAWs in months.

Check out our weekly RAW Power Rankings below to see who’s surging with Survivor Series around the corner.

Honorable Mention: Randy Orton: His promo before the match was a flashback to the days of Rick Rude. His match with Big E. Langston was also a solid one where in spite of some trouble with the bulky muscleman, Orton stepped up and retained his WWE Championship.

5: John Cena: Although he’s now Smackdown’s main guy, Cena continues to have solid matches on RAW. Simply put, RAW continues to get the best of Cena in small enough doses that don’t drive his haters crazy.

4: The Wyatt Family: These guys have it all, from great promo work from Bray Wyatt to the eerie magic of huge bruisers Luke Harper and Erik Rowan in the ring. Now that they’ve got two magicians to work with in the form of CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, they have an opportunity to show the world what they got. Even if this isn’t exactly the best move for Punk and the surging Bryan, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the trio.

3: Daniel Bryan: Much like CM Punk, it appears Bryan’s WWE title aspirations have been put on hold. The fans support of Bryan however has far from wavered. The thought of these two indie veterans turned WWE superstars as a Tag Team is something that can solidify the middle to top of the card and who knows, could turn into a WWE Tag Team title war in good time. His feud with WWE Champion Randy Orton now behind him, Bryan will continue to be a fan favorite and similar to Punk, will be ready for another WWE title run when the time is right.

2: CM Punk: A win against Luke Harper isn’t going to get him back in the WWE Title picture any time soon, but it plays a huge role in getting the Punk/Daniel Bryan/The Wyatt Family over. If the matches between these guys continue to be this solid, everyone will win as The Wyatt’s will get the credibility they need to become stars and Punk and Bryan will continue to be just popular enough to jump back into real title contention once the feud is over.

1: The Big Show: The seven-footer hasn’t been this over in years. Sure he’s inconsistent and half the worker he used to be, he’s still entertaining and will be a formidable foe for Orton while Daniel Bryan and CM Punk fight The Wyatt Family and other mid-carders are being developed. It’s not the best situation, but at least it keeps Show relevant. For the time being, it’s not a bad fix.
