Justified Episode Commentary: Good Intentions

The third episode of “Justified,” “Good Intentions,” doesn’t have much going on in terms of action, drama and grit. It is more of a simple mystery of who done it with several schemes along the way.

Although Raylan Givens hasn’t been part of the action in these first three episodes, it doesn’t mean this season is off to a bad start. The attraction however is Boyd Crowder, who, with his charming cool calming wit, can manipulate even the audience watching from their living rooms, as well the characters he encounters in Harlan County.

Rest assured, the pace of this season will pick up, and plot lines will thicken.

At the site, I'm a music, television and graphic novel kind of guy and that's what I'll be writing for the most part. Expect some book and music reviews as well though [insert demon horns here]. I grew up in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, the same neighborhood many of the best mafia films of our day were based on, idolizing guys like Robert Deniro, Martin Scorsese and Al Pacino. I'm also a big sports fan and follow the New York Yankees immensely.
