The majority competitors in the contract ladder match for this weekend’s Money In The Bank pay per view battled in a huge tag team match that ended up as a brawl on Main Event this week. It managed to entertain and served as a decent primer for the event.
Add in drama between Goldust, Stardust and Rybaxel, as well as the budding feud between Bo Dallas and Fandango and again, Main Event continues to surprise.
Matches:
Rob Van Dan, Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler vs. Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, Seth Rollins and Jack Swagger w/Zeb Colter: Kingston was in control for a while thanks to chops and high-flying antics Seth Rollins delivered the Blackout to win for his team.
Bo Dallas vs. Fandango w/Layla: After the distraction from a scrummage between Summer Rae and Layla, Bo Dallas defeated Fandango with the Running Bulldog.
Xavier Woods and R-Truth vs. Curtis Axel and Ryback: “The Big Guy” tossed Xavier Woods out of the ring early before Axel quickly picked up the win after a the Facebuster on R-Truth.
