Seth Rollins broke his silence after he deserted his brothers in The Shield and Daniel Bryan was stripped of the WWE World Heavyweight title.
If that wasn’t enough drama for you, the ongoing Money in the Bank qualifying tournament ensured a decent card while a cool Main Event ended the night with a decent enough bang.
Check out this week’s RAW Power Rankings to see who else is positioning themselves for a big night at the upcoming Money in the Bank pay per view.
Honorable Mention: Alexander Rusev: He’s got a nice assortment of moves and a hot valet, but matches with Zack Ryder aren’t going to improve his stock anytime soon. Simply put, Rusev needs his first real feud and soon. Otherwise, he’s just going to be a jobber who manages to win his matches.
5: Bo Dallas: What an ass. But that’s the point. His win over Xavier Woods this week on RAW isn’t going to get him a shot at the Intercontinental or United States titles anytime soon, but it continues to prove that he;s an entertaining mid-card heel with plenty of potential.
4: Sheamus: The reigning WWE United States Champion will be a part of the Money in the Bank Ladder match and although he won’t win the WWE World Heavyweight title, he’s still one of the top young performers in the company. His win over Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett this week on RAW may have pissed some fans off, but it allows Barrett to defend the IC Title at Money in the Bank and put Sheamus in a spot to challenge for the most prestigious titles in the company.
3: Antonio Cesaro: His win over Rob Van Dam this week on RAW puts him in the Money in the Bank Ladder match, which certainly spices things up. With Paul Heyman by his side, Cesaro is in the perfect place to become one of the top singles stars in the company- if he already wasn’t.
2: The Shield: Even without Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns destroyed 3MB and later on more than held their own with The Wyatt Family. Whether they decide to add another member or they do on to singles careers. Ambrose and Reigns are two future WWE World Heavyweight Champions, who, in less than two years, have made quite a name for themselves.
1: Evolution: The addition of Seth Rollins bolsters the team in a way that makes the departure of Batista a trivial one. Like The Shield, they too may think about adding another member, but regardless, Evolution is the company’s top faction and will prove to be a springboard for Rollins and a way for Randy Orton and Triple H to stay in the middle of the company’s most intriguing drama.
