The go-home RAW before Fastlane was lackluster, at best. Teases for all of the matches and shoddy pacing made for a clustered and flustered show that had no central point. Add in a weak card and not enough promo and there’s absolutely no reason to get excited for Fastlane, away from the possibility of an AJ Styles match.
With such an engaging triple threat match set for Fastlane, why did the Wyatt Family main event this week’s RAW? That’s the type of match you’d expect to see at the end of the first hour of RAW. With no Triple H on the show either, there was no sense of urgency either. Nothing seemed to matter and as a result, there were few memorable moments.

Fatal Five Way: Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens vs. Tyler Breeze vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Stardust: Every competitor had a shot to win. The two commercial breaks hurt the flow of the match, but overall, it was a solid opener. Things got spicy after a few near-falls and after Ziggler nailed Ambrose (while Ambrose hit Stardust with the Dirty Deeds) with the Zig-Zag, Owens was able to break up the pin-fall and hit Breeze with the Pop-Up Powerbomb for the win.

Hickey is also the lead voiceover performer on Mega Cat Studios’ upcoming title WrestleQuest, responsible for nearly 90 characters in the game, as well as Skybound's Renfield: Bring Your Own Blood, where he voices both Dracula and Renfield, as well as several other characters. He also stars in Ziggurat Interactive’s World Championship Boxing Manager 2, where he performs the VO of nearly every male character in the game. He also worked on the Atari VCS’s BPM Boy.
