WWE RAW Power Rankings: Balor vs. Rollins= Who Wins?

Squash matches galore and very little in terms of storyline development made this week’s RAW a lackluster one, but there were a few bright spots.

Check out our RAW Power Rankings to see who else made waves in the second RAW of the promotion’s “New Era.”

Honorable Mention: Braun Strowman: For the second consecutive week, Strowman destroyed a jobber, but it’s only a matter of time until he started to find more suitable competition. Arguably the biggest force on RAW away from Brock Lesnar, Strowman has the potential to be everything someone like Ryback wasn’t.

5: Rusev: The reigning and defending United States Champion beat former World Champion Mark Henry this week on RAW, but with Roman Reigns’ eyes on the title, Rusev will have to step up or move down the card.

4: Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson: Even in defeat, Gallows and Anderson continue to prove that The New Day’s days may be numbers as WWE Tag Team Champions.

3: Cesaro: His win over Sheamus this week was a huge one. He’s about to get a huge push.

2: Finn Balor: He’s come a long way on the mic since his days in NXT and it’s the only thing holding him back from being the first ever WWE Universal Champion. Just as good a worker as Seth Rollins, their match is going to be a war at Summerslam, but Balor needs to find a way to hit a few more sweet spots.

1: Seth Rollins: The WWE’s silver-tongued devil got it done in the ring against Sami Zayn and on the mic with Finn Balor. But can he keep the momentum going long enough to win the WWE Universal Championship?
