NXT Power Rankings: Cien Makes Example of Cedric Alexander

Check out this week’s NXT Power Rankings to see who got a much needed momentum use before NXT Takeover Toronto.

Honorable Mention: Elias Sampson: Regardless of how you feel about him, Sampson came back to NXT in wonderful shape. What NXT brass decides to do with him however is anyone’s guess.

5: Ember Moon: Her defense of Liv Morgan and Aliyah adds some much needed spice to her persona and begins to develop the Women’s Division mid-card just in time for Takeover Toronto.

4: The Authors of Pain/TM61: These guys are set for a war at NXT Takeover Toronto, with the winner putting themselves in a prime place to challenge for the NXT Tag Team Championship. Between Shane Thorne and Nick Miller’s speed and technical ability and TAOP’s dominance, this is going to be a great matchup.

3: Tye Dillinger: His video package this week did an awesome job of endearing Dillinger even more to the NXT faithful.

2: Andrade “Cien” Almas: His win over Cedric Alexander puts him in the upper mid-card for the first time in his NXT career.

1: Samoa Joe/Shinsuke Nakamura: This is going to be a match of the year candidate.
