WWE RAW Coverage: Survivor Series Ready

Tons of promo this week on RAW as the brand continues to make its push towards Survivor Series. With plenty of drama in every title scene and Dolph Ziggler’s open challenge to RAW for the Intercontinental Championship, there’s plenty to talk about. Add in the continued intrigue of the Brock Lesnar/Goldberg dream match also makes RAW enjoyable. The only question is, can they deliver?

Matches:

Sin Cara and Rich Swann vs. WWE Cruiserweight Champion Brian Kendrick and Noam Dar: Some good back and forth in an ROH and TNA-styled encounter. Although Swann got the win on Kendrick with a unique Clover Lead type Rollup, it was Kendrick and Dar fighting after the match that made things interesting. After Kendrick turned on Dar, calling him a loser, dar hit him with the Running Enzigieri.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day: Kofi Kingston and Big E. Langston w/Xavier Woods vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson: While Kingston and Langston dominated at times, Anderson eliminated Kingston with a Spinebuster before he and Gallows finished off Langston with the Magic Killer.

The Shining Stars: Primo and Epico vs. the Golden Truth: R-Truth and Goldust: A waste of time as Primo used the ropes to Rollup Goldust and claim the last Tag Team spot for Team RAW at Survivor Series.

Bailey, Sasha Banks and Alicia Fox vs. WWE RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax and Dana Brooke: Jax and Flair were dominant but Bayley hit the Belly-to-Belly Suplex for the win on the WWE RAW Women’s Champion.

Winner gets shot at Intercontinental Championship at Survivor Series: Rusev w/Lana vs. Sami Zayn: Rusev dominated of course, but Zayn stuck in the match and hit the Helluva Kick on Rusev, who was on the top rope.

Fatal-Five-Way: WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens vs. Chris Jericho vs. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins vs. Braun Strowman: Jericho got destroyed by everyone in this match and in a funny twist, so did Owens, who found a way to unexpectedly win, falling on Jericho (who Rollins hit with a Pedigree) after he was nailed with a Superman Punch.
