WWE RAW Coverage: Celebrating Good Times

The 25th anniversary of RAW was cute, but it was far from the killer go home show it needed to be before Royal Rumble. Simply put, the retro star power aside, there wasn’t enough in-ring action to set the scene for one of the biggest PPVs of the year. While the ending war between Kane, Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar was fun as well, can they have a competitive and enjoyable Triple Threat match?

Matches:

Sasha Banks, Asuka, Bayley and Mickie James vs. Mandy Rose, Alicia Fox, Nia Jax and Sonya Deville w/Paige: Banks got the win on Fox with the Banks Statement, but after the match, Asuka threw all her teammates out of the ring.

The Miz w/Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel vs. Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns: Interference from the Miz’s cronies and a Skull-Crushing Finale weren’t enough to give the former champion his title back. However, after Reigns ran into the exposed second turnbuckle, Miz hit the Skull Crushing Finale again for the win.

Bray Wyatt vs. Matt Hardy: An awful way to give Wyatt the upper hand or to end this feud as he won a rather unceremonious match with the Sister Abigail.

Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews w/Dana Brooke vs. Heath Slater and Rhyno: This match ended in a no-contest, but got spicy when the Dudley Boys hit the ring and hit Slater with the Wassap.

The Revival: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson w/Finn Balor, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, X-Pac, Road Dogg, Mr. Ass and Scott Hall: Gallows and Anderson got the quick win, but The Revival got hit with a plethora of DX finishers before Balor ended it with the Coup de Grace.
