A monster main event and the debut of Brian Cage and the return of Tyrus made for an entertaining episode of Impact.
Matches:
Sami Callahan w/oVe: Dave and Jake Crist vs. Bobby Lashley: Callahan was dominant, but Lashley took over with a Dominator and the Spear, but the Crist Brothers got involved to get the match thrown out before Eddie Edwards could make the save.
Rosemary vs. Hania The Huntress: Hania was in control, but Rosemary reversed the Top Rope Splash into a Rollup in a pretty faceless, lackluster match. After the match, Hania tried to hit the Reverse DDT on the ring steps, but Rosemary fought back.
Johnny Impact and Impact Grand Champion Matt Sydal vs. Ethan Carter III and Tyrus: This match dragged. While Impact and Sydal were the better team. Carter got the win thanks to help from Tyrus on the outside and his legs on the top rope.
Brian Cage vs. John Cruz: A squash as Cage won with the Screwdriver variation.
X-Division Champion Taiji Ishimori vs. El Hijo del Fantasma: Good X-Division match as Ishimori hit the Piledriver/Code Breaker variation and finished him off with the 450.
GFW Champion Austin Aries vs. Eli Drake w/Chris Adonis: Aries got the win with the Brainbuster after he thwarted Adonis’ interference in a hard-fought victory.

Hickey Jr. is also a voice actor, having starred in the 2018 indie hit and 2019 Switch, PS4 and Xbox One release, The Padre (also serving as English language Story Editor), from Shotgun With Glitters. The sequel, The Padre: One Shell Straight to Hell was released in February 2021- Hickey also served as a Story Editor and Lead Voiceover performer. He has also done narration and trailers for several other titles including The Kaiju Offensive, Relentless Rex and Roniu’s Tale.
Hickey is also the lead voiceover performer on Mega Cat Studios’ upcoming title WrestleQuest, responsible for nearly 90 characters in the game, as well as Skybound's Renfield: Bring Your Own Blood, where he voices both Dracula and Renfield, as well as several other characters. He also stars in Ziggurat Interactive’s World Championship Boxing Manager 2, where he performs the VO of nearly every male character in the game. He also worked on the Atari VCS’s BPM Boy.
