This was a fun episode of Impact, but the Lucha-flavoring did little to affect many of the long-running storylines. As a result, it felt like a move in a different direction.

Aerostar, Laredo Kid and Hijo Del Vikingo vs. oVe: Sami Callihan, Jake Crist and Dave Crist: The luchadors absolutely brought the fight, but oVe got the win with the All Seeing Eye.
Trevor Lee vs. Eli Drake: Lee didn’t lay down, but Drake got the win with the Gravy Train.
King w/The OGz: Hernandez and Homicide vs. Kronus: Spinning Back Fist from King= Game Over.
Alisha Edwards vs. Faby Apache: Snore. Apache won with the Sit-Out Powerbomb variation and then challenged Tessa Blanchard.
The Lucha Bros: Fenix and Pentagon Jr. vs. Rich Swann and Matt Sydal: Exactly what you’d expect here= an awesome match full of spots, counters and near-falls. After Pentagon hit the Package Piledriver on Sydal to eliminate him, Fenix hit his finisher on Swann for the win. After the match, things got hairy as oVe hit the ring, but Brian Cage made the save.
El Texano vs. Impact World Heavyweight Champion Austin Aries w/ Moose and Killer Kross: Solid back and forth, but Aries was on top of the drama and scored a win with the Brainbuster. Johnny Impact yapped after it was over, but Eddie Edwards arrived with a kendo stick to end the show.

Hickey Jr. is also a voice actor, having starred in the 2018 indie hit and 2019 Switch, PS4 and Xbox One release, The Padre (also serving as English language Story Editor), from Shotgun With Glitters. The sequel, The Padre: One Shell Straight to Hell was released in February 2021- Hickey also served as a Story Editor and Lead Voiceover performer. He has also done narration and trailers for several other titles including The Kaiju Offensive, Relentless Rex and Roniu’s Tale.
Hickey is also the lead voiceover performer on Mega Cat Studios’ upcoming title WrestleQuest, responsible for nearly 90 characters in the game, as well as Skybound's Renfield: Bring Your Own Blood, where he voices both Dracula and Renfield, as well as several other characters. He also stars in Ziggurat Interactive’s World Championship Boxing Manager 2, where he performs the VO of nearly every male character in the game. He also worked on the Atari VCS’s BPM Boy.
