A Mojo Rawley vignette? The return of Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins as a tag team? Jeff Jarrett and Road Dogg appearances? RAW simply has to try harder. Away from Daniel Bryan and Becky Lynch appearing on the show in order to make the main events for this year’s Wrestlemania known, this week’s RAW was a dud.
Matches:
Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose: Rollins got the hard fought win with the Curb Stomp, following a Turnbuckle Powerbomb, Super Kick and Rip-Chord Knee.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Qualifier: Nia Jax and Tamina Stuka vs. Alexa Bliss and Mickie James: Jax and Snuka dominated and won with the Double Samoan Drop.
Baron Corbin vs. Kurt Angle: Corbin got the win with the Deep Six? Yes he did.
Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins vs. The Revival: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder: Ryder and Hawkins had some chemistry but The Revival won with the Shatter machine.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Qualifier: Dana Brooke and Natalya Neidhart vs. Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan w/Ruby Riott: Morgan Rolled up Neidhart for the qin in a speedy encounter.
WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Bayley: Rousey nearly lost on several occasions, but was able to escape the Bank Statement and win with the Armbar. After the match, Becky Lynch hit the ring to say she wants her shot at the RAW Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania.
Braun Strowman vs. Drew McIntyre: This got thrown out after Baron Corbin interfered and Strowman got Double Chokeslammed on the ring steps.
