NXT Coverage: Survivor Series Ready

The go-home show before Survivor Series continued the invasion nonsense but had a ton of quality in-ring work to build anticipation.

Matches:

Rhea Ripley vs. Becky Lynch: This ended in a no-contest as NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke hit the ring before Ripley and Lynch fought them off.

Matt Riddle vs. Ricochet: Riddle was expected to fight Kona Reeves, but Ricochet hit the ring and in spite of his dominance, interference from Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro allowed Riddle to get the win.

The Revival: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder vs. NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed Era: Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish:  Fish and O’Reilly hit the Total Elimination to gain the win in easily one of the best tag team matches of 2019.

NXT UK Champion Kay Lee Ray vs. Dakota Kai: Ray got the win and after the bell, Smackdown and NXT women stars beat on one another.

RAW Tag Team Champions: The Viking Raiders: Erik and Ivar vs. The Forgotten Sons: Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake w/Jaxson Ryker: The Raiders got the clean win with The Viking Experience.

Ladder Match: NXT Champion Adam Cole vs. Dominic Dijakovic: DD dominated and hit Feast Your Eyes, but Cole worked on his knee throughout the match which limited the damage. Cole eventually got the win thanks to the briefcase and a few shots to the head before he unhooked it.

After the match, the locker room cleared out as RAW, Smackdown and NXT stars duked it out.
