AEW Dark Results: Back in Black

A nine-match card made this week’s Dark the longest since shelter in place began and was a solid show overall.

Matches:

“The Captain” Shawn Dean vs. “Boom Boom” Colt Cabana: Cabana found the win with the Superman flying cover but the Captain didn’t go down without a fight.

Mike Reed and Ryan Rembrandt vs. Jurassic Express: Jungleboy and Luchasaurus w/ Marco Stunt: The boy and his dinosaur scored an easy win with an Assisted Cutter. 

Lee Johnson and Musa vs. Private Party: Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy: Quen hit a picturesque Shooting Star Press to earn the pinfall victory. 

Jon Cruz vs. Ten: Brodie Lee’s newest follower ended the match with a brutal Spinebuster.

Alan Angels vs. Rey Fenix: Fenix got a handful from Angels but eventually sealed the deal with a Kinnkuman Buster. 

Dani Jordyn vs. Kris Statlander: Statlander spiked Jordyn with the Big Bang Theory to put the bout to bed. 

Jason Cade vs. “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy w/ Best Friends: Trent and Chuck Taylor: Cade pissed Freshly Squeezed off so Cassidy tied him up and pinned his shoulders for three. 

Skyler Moore vs. Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D.: Baker has hit her groove in this recent mean-streak, and scored another win with Lockjaw:

No Disqualification Match: Luther vs. Jimmy Havoc w/ “Superbad” Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford: Luther looked like he had the win after locking Havoc in a modified Camel Clutch but a little help from Ford and Sabian allowed him to hit the Fisherman’s DDT and pick up the win.
