WWE RAW Coverage: Go Home Before Extreme Rules

Away from the return of Shayna Baszler, this week’s RAW did next to nothing to build for Extreme Rules. You know what the card is at this point and there’s little reason to be excited.

Matches:

Tag Team Elimination Match: The Viking Raiders vs. Andrade and Angel Garza w/Zelina Vega: It came down to Ivar and Garza, who was saved earlier by Andrade. Fresh, Garza picked up the win.

Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair vs. The Iiconics: Peyton Royce and Billie Kay: Belair and Riott looked great together and tore apart the former Tag Team Champions.

Aleister Black w/Kevin Owens vs. Buddy Murphy w/Seth Rollins: Rollins got involved to give Black the win via DQ.

Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins: Rollins tried to go for Owens’ eye, but walked into a Stunner.

Randy Orton vs. 24/7 Champion R-Truth: Orton got the win with the RKO and then teased a punt before Big Show hit the ring and accepted Orton’s offer for an unsanctioned match next week.

Bobby Lashley w/MVP vs. Ricochet w/Cedric Alexander: Ricochet fought hard, but Lashley won with the Full Nelson and then beat up Alexander as well.

Women’s Tag Team Champions Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. RAW Women’s Champion Asuka and Kairi Sane: Best match of the night that saw two excellent teams work together and deliver. While Sane nearly won with he Elbow, Banks eventually got the win with the Bank Statement.
